Do you ship outside the US?

We will ship to Canada, but additional fees may apply and will be added to charges upon notification to buyer.

How do you ship products?

Products are shipped primarily by the method selected by the buyer. If other shipping methods are utilized, the buyer will  be notified only if additional charges may occur. In some cases, where products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, the manufacturer may chose shipping options. In this case, any additional costs will not be passed onto the buyer.

Can I track my shipment?

If you have specified a shipping method such as UPS or Federal Express that provides tracking numbers, you will be provided that number to track your shipment.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 24 hours. Customers are notified once the refund has been issued.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders usually go out within 24 hours of receipt unless it is a weekend or holiday. You will be notified as soon as the order is processed. In the case that some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than eco-dogs.com, additional distribution time may be required.

Do all orders come directly from eco-dogs.com?

No. Some products we do inventory locally in Mobile, Alabama and those are shipped directly from our location. Other products will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or supplier upon order. Delivery times may vary.

Does eco-dogs.com provide tracking numbers?

In most cases, the answer is yes. If we ship UPS or Fedex we automatically email tracking number to you. If USPS Priority Mail is used, we typically add 'proof of delivery' at no additional costs to the customer.
