*FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $100 applies only to all products with the exception of dog and cat food, in addition to some beds where fixed shipping is applied by the supplier. When applicable, shipping charges will be refunded within the same business day the transaction is processed. (The system does not allow us to forego shipping charges on all products thus necessitating the need to provide refunds in certain instances as they occur. Refunds on shipping are processed typically within 48 hours of the order. SImply choose any shipping service in this case).

PRICING

eco-dogs.com reserves the right to revise pricing and not to be bound by the occurrence of typographical errors.  Prices, including back-ordered items, are subject to change without notice, and invoicing will be based on prices in effect at the time of shipment.  Products, prices and photographs are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY

It is eco-dogs’ mission to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and enjoyable.  eco-dogs guarantees all its products from defects and will replace defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt of merchandise*.  If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from eco-dogs.com, call us at 1-855-289-3263 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.  Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.  When returning a product, every item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.  Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).  For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx.  Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.  We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.  We do not accept C.O.D.  Packages will be refused if returned C.O.D. or without RA#.  

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.

*Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: food items, dog and cat beds, shampoos, and fragrances.  Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)photographs are subject to change without notice.

   

WARRANTIES

eco-dogs.com is not a manufacturer.  Manufacturers' warranties, if any, as to the compliance with regulatory authorities, are solely those of the manufacturers.  eco-dogs itself makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  eco-dogs’ liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to the return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.  This is the exclusive remedy and under no circumstances is eco-dogs liable for consequential damages.

SHIPPING

We can ship to most any address in the U.S. and Canada. We will work with international customers, if possible, but additional rules may apply based on the supplier. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping charges to any international address will be re-estimated based on the actual shipping charges to a given location. Customers will be notified prior to shipment and any additional charges are applied.

When you place an order, we may have to re-estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, your location and the shipping options you choose. Currently our system is only set up to estimate shipping charges for U.S. customers. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note these are only estimates.

 Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Some products shipped directly from the manufacturer have fixed shipping rates and are not controlled by the staff of eco-dogs.com. In most cases, these rates are based on the method of shipment, packaging, and other distribution costs.

When shipping charges are more than estimated by the system based on any location outside the U.S., you will be notified prior for approval on additional fees and status of order.

THIRD PARTY SHIPMENTS

eco-dogs.com offers a number of products not inventoried in our location. In some cases, when you order a product, the product is then in turn ordered direct from the manufacturer or distributor of the product. That company in turn ships the product directly to your specified delivery address.

The fulfillment and shipping process time from the many manufacturers and distributors we use vary and are not under our purvue or management.

When tracking numbers and shipping information are received by our team, the information is passed on to the customer.

If an order is received on products we inventory, the shipment will be processed on the day the credit card payments are received in our bank, usually within 24-48 hours of the order being received.  Weekend orders are normally fulfilled on Tuesday mornings, for example.

Local Delivery Available

On products we carry in inventory, free local delivery is an option within a reasonable distance from our offices or you may make arrangement to pick up your order. If you order online and then decide to have delivered or wish to pick up the item, the delivery charges will be refunded. Feel free to call us directly at 1-855-289-3263 for questions or to order.
